Banquets and Outings at Shambolee

Shambolee is pleased to announce the addition of a new banquet facility.  This facility offers a full-service kitchen with seating for 250 people.  We are now accepting reservations for golf events and private parties.  Call today to reserve your event as dates are going fast!

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT 
To hold your proposed event, a deposit is required accompanied with your signed contract ($200 members, $300 nonmembers).  This deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to event.   Ten days prior to event, number of guests must be confirmed and 50% deposit is due. 

On day of event, remaining balance will be due for number of confirmed guests (food, golf, etc.)  Any other expenses such as open bar will be calculated and must be paid the night of the event. 

A credit card guarantee is required for all events and must be kept on file with our office to guarantee the event�s time, date and quantity of guests.  We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express.  All checks will be made payable to Shambolee Golf Club. 

EVENT SCHEDULING AND SETUP
All deliveries, set up of music, room d�cor, etc. must be made no earlier than four hours prior to your event unless special arrangements have been made.   

DECORATIONS: 
Please check with event coordinator before deciding on decorations.  Clients are not permitted to use ladders or exterior equipment when decorating.  No nails or staples are allowed on any walls.  Please - no glitter, confetti or decorations smaller than one inch in diameter should be used for decorating.  An additional $100 cleanup fee will be applied to your final bill if this policy is not adhered to. 

LINEN:
Linen is not provided on tables unless requested by the client.  All linen costs will be incurred by the client and must be ordered through our staff.  Linen charges will be reflected on your estimate contract for your approval. 

SECURITY: 
Shambolee Golf Club does not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise brought into the facility for special events by the client or their agent.  All items need to be removed on the evening of the event.  The client will be responsible for any items left after the event. 

BEVERAGES: 
We offer alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.  All beverages must be provided by Shambolee Golf course.   We will not allow liquor, wine or other beverages to be brought onto Shambolee property by event hosts or guests.
